My name is Lindy Fleharty, licensed massage therapist and sole owner of Still Waters Sanctuary. I am a 2014 graduate from Capri College Dubuque and I have over 12 years of experience in the massage and bodywork industry. I have a passion and a purpose for helping people reconnect with a sense of peace through intentional touch. At Still Waters Sanctuary, I believe true restoration begins with rest. Inspired by Psalm 23, my mission is to provide a peaceful, faith-inspired space where clients can step away from the demands of daily life and experience renewal of body and mind through therapeutic massage. Each session is personalized with compassion, intention, and professional care, creating an environment where you can feel safe, valued, and restored. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation, Late Arrival & No-Show Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To respect the time of all clients and maintain availability, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
* Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee.
* No-shows or appointments missed without notice may also be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee.
* Appointments begin at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, your session will be shortened to ensure I stay on schedule for the clients who have appointments after yours. The full service fee will still apply.
* If you anticipate being late, please notify me as soon as possible. While I will do my best to accommodate you, extending your appointment time cannot be guaranteed.
I understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can happen, and exceptions may be made at my discretion.
